Working Principle
Stainless steel media are heavy, non-abrasive media. They densify the surface by peening and give a high gloss without changing the part dimensions. They come in ball, lentil, pin and cut-cylinder shapes; pins are used especially in magnetic polishers to reach inside holes and channels.
Being stainless they do not rust in wet operation and keep the same performance for many years. They are the shortest route to a mirror finish on jewelry, accessories and small metal parts.
