Our understanding of quality
In surface finishing, quality is not a single good-looking part; it is the same surface repeated from the first batch to the last. Our quality policy is therefore built on process: every job starts with a sample, the approved parameters are recorded and they are not changed in series production.
Quality in the machine
Our machines are built in our own workshop. Body, spring system, vibration motor and polyurethane lining are checked one by one; no machine is delivered before it has been run with the customer's sample part and the result has been seen.
Quality in the media
The media and compounds we supply are first tested on our own contract line. Media that fails on wear rate, surface effect or consistency is not added to the catalogue.
Quality in service
In contract work every batch passes incoming and outgoing inspection; part count, surface check and dryness are verified before delivery. The lead time and price quoted to the customer are based on the parameters defined at the sample stage.
