The right media, the right finish
In vibratory finishing the media inside the machine determines the result as much as the machine itself. The type, shape and size of the abrasive media are selected according to the part material, burr thickness and the desired surface. The wrong media either prolongs the cycle or damages the surface.
We also supply all the media we use in our own machines and define the best combination for your part together during the sample run.
