Working Principle
Parts that leave the vibratory finishing machine are wet and carry compound residue; dried in open air they develop water marks and oxidation. The media drying machine solves this: the corncob media in the bowl is heated from below, the parts travel through the media under vibration, moisture transfers to the media and the surface comes out with a polished shine.
The machine works in line with the finishing machine; parts leaving the separation gate go straight into the dryer. The media is reused for a long time and only the dusted fraction is replaced.
