Working Principle
The vibratory floor screen is an auxiliary unit of the finishing line. Thanks to interchangeable screen meshes it separates parts from media, undersize media from usable media, or parts of different sizes from each other. The vibration motor keeps the screen surface in continuous motion; separation takes place as the mass travels across the screen.
Its floor-mounted, low-height body makes unloading easy. It is used with machines that have no separation gate or at the outlet of barrel machines.
