No machine purchase, no compromise on surface quality
Not every company needs its own vibratory finishing line. For irregular batches, trial runs or capacity peaks you can send your parts to us. Using our own machines and media we deburr, radius, polish and dry the parts and deliver them back finished and dry.
We start with a sample
Every contract job starts with a sample run on a few parts. Machine type, media, compound and cycle time are defined on the sample; once you approve the result, a quotation is prepared. In series production the same parameters are kept, so the surface quality is repeated from the first batch to the last.
Which parts?
Cast, machined, laser-cut, forged and injection-moulded parts; aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass, zinc and plastic materials. Depending on part size and geometry, the suitable bowl, trough or centrifugal machine is used.
