Three pillars of surface finishing, one partner
Çankaya Vibrasyon is an industrial company that manufactures vibratory finishing machines for deburring, edge radiusing, polishing and drying, supplies the ceramic, plastic and porcelain media used in these machines, and provides contract surface finishing in its own facility.
This threefold structure gives our customers a practical advantage: the team that sells the machine sees every day on its own line how each media performs on each part in that machine. Every recommendation we make is a process tested in our own facility.
How we work
Every job starts with the part. Its material, geometry and target surface are evaluated; machine type, media, compound and cycle time are defined in a sample run. Once the result is approved, either a machine and media quotation or a contract finishing quotation is prepared. In series production the same parameters are kept.
