Working Principle
Drying media is a natural, absorbent medium obtained by grinding and grading corncob. Heated media quickly draws the water off wet part surfaces; the parts come out stain-free and dry. Polish-impregnated grades give the surface extra shine while drying.
It is offered in different grain sizes; fine media is chosen for small parts and perforated geometries, coarse media for large parts. The dusted fraction is screened off and the remaining media is used for a long time.
